Leveraging our agentic-AI expertise and dual-shore delivery model, we rapidly prototype a POC that integrates with EHR & Calendars enabling a real-time sync with existing scheduling systems to ensure accurate availability. Automated reminders through multi-channel notifications (SMS, email, voice) cut through patient forgetfulness. Intelligent prompts to patients who need to shift or cancel allow for dynamic rescheduling, keeping schedules optimally full.

Privacy is embedded by design, with GDPR/HIPAA-compliant data handling and end-to-end encryption for patient information. Continuous feedback loops are ensured to refine reminder timing, message tone and reschedule logic before full deployment. This approach ensures clinics run at peak efficiency, staff focus on care, and patients enjoy a frictionless experience.
