Leadership
Nikita Vhora and Sushrut Munje built Mitochondria on a decade+ of work at the intersection of behavioural science, operations, and strategic communication. Through BCS, a specialised communications consultancy, they've supported 60+ organisations — from pre-launch ventures to mature enterprises — designing how businesses actually function. This background shapes everything about Mitochondria: we understand why people resist change, where unofficial workflows live, how decisions really get made, and what it takes for new systems to earn trust.
Our technology team brings enterprise software architecture and production AI experience from global firms. They've built and scaled platforms where uptime is non-negotiable, integrations are complex, and AI must behave predictably in regulated environments.

How We Work
