Does our data leave our environment?
No data is stored by Mitochondria. Documents are processed transiently through our cloud infrastructure and the output is returned to your nominated workspace. The connection model and data handling terms are documented in our DPA, aligned with GDPR, UK GDPR, and DPDP.
What about sections that are not backed by documents?
Most of the BRSR (board composition, policies, stakeholder details, ethics disclosures) is answered conversationally. The agent asks your representative directly, explains what each field requires, and records the response. Documents are only one input path.
Who owns the XBRL schema compliance?
The output is XML aligned to the SEBI BRSR taxonomy. Conversion to XBRL and final validation happen through the exchange's own utility, which guarantees compliance with the current taxonomy. If SEBI updates the schema, we track the change and adjust our field mapping.
How does this work with our assurance provider?
The HTML output is audit-ready. Every value carries its source — a specific document, a recorded conversation, or a calculated field with its inputs visible. Your assurance provider reviews the same artifact we generate. No parallel workflows.
What happens next year?
Your completed filing is exportable. If you engage us again, we carry forward the prior year's context so the agent asks only about what has changed. If you do not, you keep everything. No lock-in.

Pricing is per filing, once a year. The range depends on operational footprint and document volume, discussed during the walkthrough. Shared only with qualified engagements to respect commercial context.
